This is what Soren and I enjoyed this morning for a Valentine's breakfast. Other than Oatmeal, this is one thing he'll gobble until he pops. I can't blame him, I love it myself. Plus, it's super easy to make and doesn't really take long at all. Gotta love it! I got this recipe from my sister-in-law Becca. Thanks!
Ingredients:
1 cube Butter
1 cup Milk
1 cup Flour
1 cup Sugar
3 tsp. Baking Powder
Dash of Salt
Fruit (berries, peaches, pretty much anything!) (my personal favorite is to use frozen mixed berries)
Instructions:
Melt butter in 9X13 pan in oven as it pre-heats to 350F. Mix all ingredients except fruit in bowl and pour over melted butter. Drop fruit on top evenly. Bake 350F for about 20-30 minutes (depending on your pan size).
When it's just Soren and I eating I half the recipe and cook it in a smaller pan. We had this on Christmas morning too because it's so quick and easy, and so festive!
ENJOY!! We sure did!
