Lily is now one month old and is chunking out considerably. We went to her Pediatrician today and she is weighing in at 9 lbs. 9 oz. She is much more alert during the day (and occasionally through the night) which has been fun to see her little dark blue eyes looking around. Once again we have been blessed with an angel baby. She is really very content most of the time (unless there is a bubble trying to come up, or is poopy, or hungry. No colic. yet anyway. She almost always gets hiccups after eating (just like Soren did) and is not fond of them, but tolerates it. Obviously by her wait gain she is not having troubles eating. She eats like a champ. Also sleeps like a champ. For Mother's Day she was so nice to give me 5 1/2 hours of undisturbed sleep. Longest span yet. Thanks little babe! She smiles all of the time. No, it's not gas. Honest to goodness huge gummy grins. She has been doing this since week one. And she occasionally chuckles. It's so precious! We like her lots.
We are progressing slowly on our moving over to the new place. We still don't have anyone to take over our lease, which is a bit nerve recking for me. I don't want to have to pay for both places. Wish us luck to find someone! And tell your friends. Let us know if you know of anyone looking.
