7 months

Here is an update on our cute little Lily girl. She is now 7 months old, and today her first tooth popped through her gums. That explains the long naps, drooling, and wanting to put EVERYTHING in her mouth. She's a sweet little girl and happy most of the day. She'll only get upset if she's hungry or sleepy, or if she gets hurt. (Except for the times of grumpiness for no reason) She's still a rolling maniac and can get across a room in a few minutes. No crawling yet. Good. She is so interested in everything around her. She watches intently at everything around her, and if it's within grasp she'll go for it. (Paper and bags are her personal favorite)

One of my favorite things is when she wakes up. She is always so happy to see a face looking at her, she flaps her arms around with a huge smile until you pick her up. Does the same thing when she's in the bath tub. It's hilarious to watch, but I get my own shower from all the splashing.

She loves making noises. Blabbering away most of the day. I LOVE listening to all the noises. But my favorite thing so far is when we're singing. She makes so much noise when someone is singing, as if she's singing along with them. We found this out in choir practice one week. We reached a climax in a song and had stopped to fix a part and she just kept on singing away. And loudly too. It made us all laugh. And she'll do it at home if we're singing with the piano. She also loves to pound on the piano keys. She gets mad if I pull her away. I'm glad she likes music so much. Probably from all the singing and dancing I did with her in me. :)

The last couple days she has learned to make zerberts with her lips and tongue. It makes me laugh. Except during eating time, it's not so funny to have Squash fly everywhere. She's getting more and more of a messy eater.

I've got to get newer pictures off the camera, but that will be another day. Check back later for some cute ones though.
