May I?

It's been over a month since I've posted last... where has time gone? Seriously.
Here are some updates:
  • Dan was released from his work. We are currently looking for new employment. We'll last a few months on savings, so we're looking for something good for him. We're waiting to hear back from 2 prospects. Keep us in your prayers if you would. Thanks!
  • We took a 6 day 'vacation' to see family. It was planned to be a quick weekend trip to Utah for a baby blessing for Dan's sister Juleen, but since we didn't have a job to run back to we decided to go on to Idaho and see more family and see all the changes at BYU-Idaho. We haven't been back since we graduated 4 years ago. We had a WONDERFUL time!! More pictures and maybe even a post about this later...
  • If you haven't heard through the grapevine, or from family, or thought I am looking a little more chubby... we are expecting baby #3!
This will be us soon! I'm hoping it won't be a 'game over' defeat though. I feel like I'm just getting a handle on balancing these 2 kid, hopefully #3 won't tip the sanity scale. We're going to try not to find out what this little one will be...hoping the next ultrasound won't be too obvious. My due date is October 22, so I'm 17 weeks this week. It was hard to tell I was pregnant because I wasn't tired or sick feeling like I was with the first too. I've been more tired in my second trimester than the first. Plus, I've been getting migranes nearly every day; the dancing black and white spots with a terrible headache kind. The thing I've found that helps it go away is to take 15 minutes in a dark quite room. Glad I've found something that helps, it's just a matter of getting to do it is the problem.
  • Our front yard almost has grass seed put down...yeah, almost. It's been about a month since we've had a dirt lawn. Better than a weed lawn, right? With Dan home without work every day we've been trying to take advantage and get more things done on the house and yard. We're making slow progress, but it's progress none the less. That's good in my book.
That's us for now. More later...

Congratulations for the baby! ...and sorry for Dan losing his job--that's got to be stressful. I don't know what his degree is in, but I'm thinking construction managment maybe? I'll pay attention to the buzz in our area. Good luck!

eh, you'll be fine....not very often do i feel out-numbered (but it probably helps that i've got some older ones that are a little more apt to help and not be ornery at the same time a toddler is....)
