So, how's your new house?
We've lived like this for almost a month now. I'm actually pretty impressed we've been able to find 'that one thing' we need. One of us knows the exact box to look in to find it. The rooms in 'some what' order are the master bedroom and the kids room. Although we are in search of lots more furniture to use the GREAT space we have now and to give all of our things a place. So if you know of anyone getting rid of, or selling various furniture (like desks, tables, chairs), let us know. Craigslist is my best friend.
In the meantime, here's our kitchen... in the basement. It's like we're camping every day.
We are starting to see a little flicker of light at the end of our tunnel though. More on that in another post.

Craigslist is my best friend.We found some kitchen cabinet's to replace the old ones that were here. We got them at Habitat for Humanity for a mere fraction of the cost they would have been new. If the store was any closer I would go there every day! We also got all of our blinds, heater vents, and a sturdy entertainment center from there. We're on the lookout for a reasonable dishwasher now.

We have a "reasonable" dishwasher we could sell you for not a lot. And it is pretty new. Only a couple years old. Nothing wrong with it. I just wanted stainless steel appliances when we redid our kitchen. It is white. We would just have to figure out how to get it to you.
have you tried looking in your area for a Sears outlet. they usually have appliances there that were previously floor models and for a few 100 bucks cheaper, just for some minor paint blemishes. Good Luck!
