Soren got sick the last 2 hours of our 10 hour drive, but considering the distance I'd say he did a great job. We all made it in one piece. My sister Alison was able to get a ride from Rexburg to Cody with one of Dan's cousin's and it was great to see her again and great for her and Soren to finally meet! It was so great being with family and friends!
We did lots of fun things! Went up Carter Mt. to get firewood for the winter for Dan's parents.
We got to go on a horse ride, which was fun. Soren was just sad that we woke him up, he actually really liked watching the horses.
Play baseball...or try to remember how. I realized it's been quite a while since I've had the chance to play.
Went to the Cody parade.
This weekend was also Dan's 10 year High School Graduation, so we got to go see/meet people. It was fun being on my side because I didn't have to try and remember people's names...I just got to watch Dan wrack his brain to try and remember. My time will come though.
We got to meet one of Dan's cousin's (Josh) baby (James). He's only 5 days older than Soren. Along with Andy and Jamie's little Ashlee, who is 3 weeks older than Soren. It was cute to see them all sitting next to each other. It seemed they liked each other too!
Overall our trip was great fun and not entirely exhausting, which was good when we got home and could function some-what the next day.
